Our Objectives — the Samiti is guided by the following aims.
भारत के स्वतन्त्रता संग्राम में शहीद हुये देशभक्तों की स्मृति को चिरस्थाई बनाये रखने के उद्देश्य से देश के उन स्थानों में शहीदों की प्रतिमाएं स्थापित करना, जिनका सम्बन्ध उनके जीवन व कार्य कलापों से रहा है।
To keep alive for all time the memory of the patriots martyred in India's freedom struggle by installing their statues at those places in the country that were connected with their lives and their work.
शहीदों के नाम पर पुस्तकालय, संग्रहालय एवं सांस्कृतिक भवनों की स्थापना करना।
To establish libraries, museums and cultural halls in the names of the martyrs.
देश को दासता से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिये क्रांतिकारियों का स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में जो योगदान रहा उसे लिपिबद्ध करके प्रकाशित करना, जिससे उनके योगदान का ऐतिहासिक मूल्यांकन हो सके।
To put on record and publish the contribution made by the revolutionaries in the freedom struggle to liberate the country from subjugation, so that their contribution may receive its historical evaluation.
शहीदों के जीवनवृत्त, आदर्शों, आकांक्षाओं एवं संवेदनात्मक भावनाओं का प्रचार करना, जिससे देश की आने वाली पीढ़ी देशभक्ति, त्याग एवं बलिदान की प्रेरणा ले सके, और शोषण व उत्पीड़न विहीन, समृद्ध व सुखी भारत के निर्माण में भागीदार बन सके।
To spread the life stories, ideals, aspirations and sentiments of the martyrs, so that the coming generations of the country may draw inspiration from their patriotism, renunciation and sacrifice, and become partners in building a prosperous and happy India free of exploitation and oppression.

To observe the martyrdom days of the martyrs, and to hold literary and cultural programmes and debate competitions in their memory.

To organise "Bhagat Singh Vichar Goshthis" — discussion forums — in every corner of the country.
